Financial Requirements 

  • Net Worth: $300,000
  • Total Investment: $124,000 to $153,000 
  • Financing available for up to half of the franchise fee

The Road to Ownership:

This process can take anywhere from 3 weeks to 6 months. Based on your situation, the due diligence process can happen as quickly or slowly as you need. Our team of experts can be counted on for expediting the whole process to help get your business launched.

Step  1: Inquiry

  1. Request for information is made
  2. Start communication with our development team – schedule a Discovery Call
  3. Initial qualification determined on discovery call – receive franchise info packet

Step  2: Initial Research

  1. Schedule 30-60 minute Q&A call
  2. Attend Systems Webinar (45 minutes)
  3. Take Caliper Personality Profiler
  4. Review test results

Step  3: FDD Review

  1. Schedule FDD review call
  2. Send FDD & Application (credit check, etc.)
  3. Complete FDD review call (1 hour)

Step  4: Due Diligence

  1. Speak with existing franchisees for validation

Step 5: Discovery Day    

  1. Formal invitation to attend Discovery Day
  2. Attend Discovery Day at corporate office in Oaks, PA and conduct interviews with the executive team

Step 6: Award Franchise

  1. Set up business following the CertaPro Startup Checklist (2-5 weeks)
  2. Obtain License (varies by state)
