Training consists of a combination of classroom, video, online and field learning. Your three weeks of comprehensive training are spread over the course of two months to promote maximum retention. Our corporate trainer, a graduate of the Wharton School of business and one-time house painting business owner, will take you through the classroom and virtual training, while your dedicated Development General Manager supports you in the field.
